Smart sensors system with Indicator (Duel Space) designed for mounting on the ceiling on Drive way in middle so that it's 100% visible to any parker for parking space availability. More over it reduce 50% of the total cost and it is capable of monitor more-than one parking space from and single sensor-indicator. It is install in a simple cable channel and detecting two parking space i.e. left and right side for an availability of a parking space. All sensors have the digital signal processing (DSP), smart technology with additional option for upgrade, adaptive sensitivity, and temperature compensation functions.

Full IP solution for those luxury Homes, Residential buildings, Condominiums or Office buildings where an exclusive way of communication with the visitors or between the users of the system is required (intercom function). Just a PoE LAN will be enough to make these monitors work together. The system uses TCP/IP which means you can connect these video devices to an existing LAN. The communication data is encrypted to prevent external devices from interfering with the communication process and ensures the best quality image, privacy and security.

Video PLUS Series color (or b&w) video-intercom is designed primarily for use in multi-family (apartment house) or commercial office buildings, but can also be used in residential applications. It is our lowest cost b&w/color video-intercom system, for the most demanding luxury and security applications. PLUS Series can be used in any building up to 1000 monitors (or more), and multiple monitors can be installed in each suite, in parallel. Lobby (entry) panels are available in pushbutton and digital-dial types, as well as stainless steel and polished brass, in stock and custom configurations, as well as concierge (porter) type switchboard master(s).

Multi series color video-intercom is designed primarily for use in multi-family (apartment house) or commercial office buildings, but can also be used in residential applications. It is our highest quality color video-intercom unit, for the most demanding luxury and security applications. This series can be used in any building up to 120 monitors (or more), and up to five (5) monitors can be installed in each suite, in parallel. Lobby (entry) panels are available in modular style (in a choice of 3 colors), stainless steel and polished brass, in stock and custom configurations.

Wire Color Video Intercom is most economical master/remote video intercom for door entry or any other application requiring a single master and a single remote intercom station, with expand-ability for a 2nd outdoor remote camera station and up to 3 indoor (7") monitors. The compact door camera/intercom station is fully surface mounted and includes a built-in Color camera, infrared illuminators, and a momentary call button with name holder. Door station features a silver metallic faceplate.

The Large series intercom is designed for large system capacities of up to 240 intercom master and/or remote stations, expandable up to 693 in total. You may combine masters and/or remote stations, for an intermixed system that meets your exact big system needs. This Series features an expandable central exchange. Simple, home-run wiring makes the system really easy to install. Each master station features all-call (standard), last number redial, privacy, call-back, call reply, group call (up to 2 groups), camp-on, paging capabilities, hurry-up, priority call, microphone cut-out, and remote control. For private communication, the standard master stations may be removed from their desk/wall mounting, and hand-held like a telephone, automatically cutting off the loudspeakers.

The Medium series intercom is designed for capacities of up to 56 intercom master and/or remote stations in total. You may combine masters and/or remote stations, for an intermixed system that meets your exact needs. This features a compact central exchange. Telephone Entry Intercom series telephone entry intercoms are fully surface mount stainless steel faceplate units in a painted enclosure with built-in rain hood. All master stations can be used with 1 to 20 building entrances per system. Built-in (and add-on) alphabetical directory modules make finding the tenant's code very easy, even in larger buildings. by entering a simple 1 to 4 digit code, the system calls the correct phone number, to allow access. The called party's phone number remains secret.

Multi Entry Intercom series can be used in any building up to 120 stations (or more), and up to three (3) stations can be installed in each suite, in parallel. Offers eight (8) different low-cost, open-voice (loud speaking) apartment (multi-family) intercom kits. These are our lowest cost open-voice (loud speaking) apartment intercom systems for 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8 family buildings. Choose from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 family models, all with surface mount stations and surface door entry panel, for easy installation. All kits include basic intercom connecting cable and all other components necessary for a complete working apartment intercom system. If door release is required, simply add a 16vac electric door opener (and additional wiring), as needed. System can be expanded in the future, if required.
