The sensors link directly to on-site control equipment and would raise a local alarm in the first instance in cases where the premises are occupied (i.e. during normal business hours), out of hours or at any other time as specified by by the system would connect to our monitoring centre and inform the relevant people or emergency services, if they detect any abnormal status.
The alert process ensures your key personnel are notified, and that the alarm is acted on. This is monitored by an acknowledgement process requiring your staff to respond to any alert messages they receive, providing you with peace of mind for all eventualities.

Upon activation of the alarm system or device our highly skilled, trained and dedicated operators respond to activations and will alert the emergency services to attend and act according to the pre-planned action plan, with the ability to interact, respond and control all levels of access to your premises e.g. deliveries, staff, customer enquiries etc.
Nominated key holders, will be contacted as the next point of contact to ensure that the relevant persons are informed of the incident and deal with and respond accordingly. We also attend on-site calls for fault finding and rectification for system break downs. The defective equipment may be taken to our technical facility for repair and return to the site after rectification.
We respond to your call outs as and when you require us to be on site - This service is offered as an ‘essential response service’ and we will attend site to fix your problem at our standard call-out rate plus hours worked on site plus necessary parts.
